I don't know, if this is an Amisomeridium species, because there might be a lot of species looking nearly the same.
The black things are the apothecia, the white thing (white to grey to greenish) is the thallus.
The bright green things might be algae (may be the species, which is partner of the fungus in the lichen, but growing separately here).
Often it is not clear, which algae species are involved in lichens
One possiblity is Chlorella (round and green) , maybe we see clusters of cells here (?)
