definitely no Tricholoma.
It is one of those countless Cortinarius species.
You have to look if there was any slimy surface (if wet) - I do not think so.
I guess it is a member of Sericeocybe , with violett flesh in stem and a lot of gills.
Which type of wood, any smell, any young fruitbodies for cortina colour?
But I do not have experience with Cortinarius (only some I know)...
It looks a bit like Cortinarius violaceocinereus, but there are a lot of similar species.
