Thanks. Note , I'm pretty sure about 0.05 mm. Using software made by me. Works pretty simple. At minimum focusing distance, with my camera & lens. entire width of image is 23,xyz mm. Yeah, 0,05 really, checked again, couldn't see anything until look through 150 mm macro lens. At best white turns yellow on pressure. I think you have such spot on attached stripe.
